Payment Policies
These payment policies govern all transactions and tourism service bookings made through the official website and authorized digital channels of Cusco Perú VIP Travel EIRL. By completing a booking, the client unconditionally accepts the terms and conditions described herein regarding our services.
1. Currency & rates
All prices listed on our platform are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Peruvian Soles (PEN), as indicated. Rates include all applicable taxes in Peru. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice; however, we guarantee the rate only for reservations with a confirmed and fully verified payment on our platform.
2. Accepted payment methods
We accept payments via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), direct bank transfers to our corporate accounts, and authorized digital wallets. All electronic payments are processed through secure gateways featuring SSL certificates to ensure your financial safety.
3. Deposits & partial payments
To secure a booking for specific tours or packages, a minimum initial deposit is required. The deposit percentage varies based on the service (especially for the Inca Trail or domestic flights). The remaining balance must be settled according to the specific deadlines set in your itinerary.
4. Payment terms
Full payment for services must be completed before the tour begins. Specific deadlines will be detailed during the quoting process. Failure to meet these payment deadlines grants the agency the right to cancel the booking in accordance with our standard cancellation policies.
5. Commissions & additional fees
Cusco Perú VIP Travel EIRL is not responsible for bank commissions, currency exchange fees, or additional charges imposed by the client's issuing bank or intermediary financial entities during the transaction process.
6. Payment confirmation
Upon verification of the payment in our accounts, an official 'Service Voucher' will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. This document constitutes the only valid proof required for the commencement of our travel services.
7. Invoicing and receipts
In accordance with Peruvian tax laws (SUNAT), we issue electronic sales receipts or invoices upon client request. Relevant billing information must be provided at the time of payment to ensure accurate documentation.
8. Third-party payments
If a payment is made by someone other than the booking holder, it must be explicitly authorized; copies of the payer's identity document may be requested to prevent fraudulent activity and protect all parties.
