Welcome to Cusco Perú VIP Travel EIRL. Using this website and booking our travel services implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation as they represent a legal agreement between the client and our premium travel agency.
1. Object
This document defines the conditions governing the commercial relationship between Cusco Perú VIP Travel EIRL and its clients, outlining the rights and duties of both parties during the provision of tourism services within the Peruvian territory.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our platform or confirming a booking via WhatsApp, email, or our web form, the client declares they have the legal capacity to contract and agrees to be strictly bound by the provisions of these terms.
3. Services Offered
Cusco Perú VIP Travel EIRL provides bespoke tours, adventure expeditions, private transfers, and specialized travel packages in the Cusco region and across Peru. Each service description is detailed within our current commercial and promotional offers.
4. Bookings and Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability (Machu Picchu entry, train tickets, etc.). A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and the subsequent delivery of an official confirmation voucher from our agency to the client.
5. Rates and Currency
Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and/or Peruvian Soles (PEN). We reserve the right to adjust rates due to unforeseen changes in government costs or local taxes; however, we will always notify the client before the final balance payment is processed.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for holding valid identification (Passport or DNI), disclosing pre-existing medical conditions, adhering to scheduled itineraries, and securing comprehensive personal travel insurance.
7. Agency Responsibilities
We are committed to providing premium services with expert guides and safe transport. We take responsibility for organizing and coordinating the booked services, ensuring that the travel package is delivered as originally promised.
8. Limitation of Liability
The agency is not liable for delays, strikes, natural disasters, weather changes, or government actions that prevent service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure events).
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, logos, and imagery, is the property of Cusco Perú VIP Travel EIRL or used under license. Any total or partial reproduction without our explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.
10. Personal Data Protection
In compliance with Peru’s Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection, we guarantee the confidential handling of your information, using it exclusively for booking management purposes and personalized customer care.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city of Cusco, Peru.
